Manatee Mixing System w/ EZ BLEND Block Mount - 1" Hayward 3-Way

1in EZ Blend Mixing System with 1in Hayward Valves. Includes two (2) 1" Hayward valves for water and chemical lines and one (1) 1/2" Softwash Technologies valve for soap.

Includes barbs to match the inlet and bypass sizing for both the AR45 and Comet P40 Diaphragm pumps. Also available with 90° barbs.

The patent-pending Hayward Valves allow you to draw from individual tanks of pure products and proportion them to your desired mix.

Need a 20% mix on the roof and 5% on the house? That’s no problem! Simply set your mix ratio and when you need to change it, turn the valve. Never again will your mix be too strong or too weak. The Manatee Mixing System will allow you to adjust your mix on the fly. The system works on the inlet side of your pump system.

The Manatee Mixing 1" 3 way Hayward System is compatible with:

• 12v Pumps
• Air Diaphragm Pumps (AR45, AR60, P40, etc)
• Booster Pumps
• and many other on demand pump systems.

If you find that this is leaking, take apart the joint and re-glue / re-tape the thread to see if that solves the issue. The mixing system outlet and diaphragm pump bypass barbs will not be installed to allow for all trailer configurations and installation locations.*
